What your dog needs is a trip to the vet for x-rays to determine how bad her arthritis is. The vet can then tell you if she needs prescription meds to keep her pain free or if you can give her glucosamine chondroitin with MSM and how much. She deserves the best care and doesn't have to be in pain - just take her to her vet.
